Job Description

As Human Resources Manager, you will be work closely with the Head of People to execute the people strategy to deliver an organisational culture of high performance, employee engagement and continuous improvement of HR best practices and processes across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and experienced HR professional from a strong HR generalist background, with extensive experience in managing employee relation issues from start to end, have HR project/change management and policy writing experience, and is able to work closely with mid managers and senior Directors, going above and beyond in delivering of objectives.

This role offers autonomy across all areas of HR. Candidates must be creative and solution-focused with ability to manage multiple priorities, be able to coach and advise on difficult situations, be a strong influencer with exceptional communication and inter-personal skills.
