Friends of the Earth is on an exciting journey to better support our talented people to be the best they can be – and we’re looking for a Learning and Change Partner, within our People team, to be at the forefront of this.
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will be the subject expert for our organisational development needs, leading on both development and operational implementation of strategies around learning, employee engagement, talent management and internal communications.
As our Learning and Change Partner you will be responsible for developing and delivering training across Friends of the Earth, working collaboratively with the People team to identify and prioritise organisational needs.
We are looking for a hands-on learning and organisational development professional who can engage with a variety of stakeholders along with demonstrable experience of organisational development and driving cultural change. In exchange, you’ll get to work across the organisation -including with the Senior Leadership Team, and play a critical role in creating a high-performance culture.
