Job Description

We require a Facilities Projects Assistant for a 6-month FTC. Reporting to the Health, Safety and Facilities Lead this role will support with key projects alongside the provision of efficient, customer focussed facilities management and Health and Safety services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide assistance to Health, Safety and Facilities Lead on capital projects in planning, design, and inspection activities as assigned
  • Assist with scheduling, setting up appointments, and responding to data requests
  • Active involvement in ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Awareness of health and safety of the workplace and manual handling experience is essential for this role. You’ll also  have a proactive approach along with the  ability to coordinate and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
