During the anticipated 16 month fixed -term contract, you will sit within an established Major Partnerships team, which manages over £7 million of relationships with major donors, trusts, corporates, and donations from legacies. We have seen steady growth in donations from major donors over the last five years and are continuing to invest and develop our Philanthropy programme. We have recently introduced a new prospect research function to work closely with the team alongside our Events and Stewardship Officer.

You will be taking over the day-to-day operations of our high value programme, which manages donors who sit between our individual givers and our major donors. You will be directly responsible for the programme’s implementation, including producing fundraising appeals, providing stewardship, ongoing tracking against KPIs, and also ensuring a smooth and integrated supporter journey alongside colleagues in the Individual Giving team and the rest of the Major Partnerships team.

We‘re looking for someone who is creative and resourceful. You’ll be skilled in written and email communications, managing large, segmented donor pools and also be personable and comfortable stewarding our top tier high value donors on a one-to-one basis. You’ll also love working collaboratively to execute the programme with colleagues.
