Job Description

We are looking for a Fulfilment Assistant to join our Supporter Relations Team and provide a great customer experience for all our supporters! This role supports the Fulfilment Coordinator in embedding and implementing fulfilment initiatives and activities within Friends of the Earth.

Key Skills and Attributes: 

As Fulfilment Assistant you will be organised, have strong admin skills and enjoy managing deadlines to ensure supporters are thanked and resource orders are picked, packed and fulfilled as accurately and efficiently as possible. Alongside the Fulfilment Coordinator you will be proactive and enthusiastic with an eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude.

Contract Type: 12 months Fixed term contract

Hours: full-time 30 hours

Location: London Office 3 days a week, with the option for home working 1 day a week
